The Kaposvár Campus of the Hungarian University of Agricultural and Life Sciences (MATE) hosts the KÁN University Days between September 30 and October 2, 2022. In addition to a wide variety of events, visitors can also learn more about the institutes of the University.
Continuing with traditions, MATE organizes the KÁN University Days, which has become a popular event not only in the industry, but also among the surrounding Transdanubian towns over the years. MATE also finds it important to promote agricultural higher education and the agricultural industry, so, in addition to industry events, visitors to the MATE Court can also become acquainted with the new campuses joining with the integration, and with the organizational structure of the University.
Breeding animals will still receive a great deal of attention on the KÁN University Days. At the industry meeting of Hungarian animal husbandry, several breeds of dairy and meat cattle, sheep, goats, horses, poultry and small animals will also be presented to the general public. Organizers are preparing interactive, audience-friendly events that enable visitors to understand how animal products are used better, and also their effects both on the human body and on the environment.
